Hailey obtained her Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance from Soochow University in Taiwan, where she studied under Professor Ming-Jui Tsai and Professor Tsung Pei-Ti. She then earned her Master of Music degree in piano performance from the Mannes School of Music, studying with the renowned pianist Blair McMillen. In addition to her performances and competitions, Hailey has received guidance from several esteemed pianists both domestically and internationally, including Professor Yen Chun-Chieh and Professor Fan Chiang-Yi from Taipei National University of the Arts.

Hailey participated in the Euro Music Festival & Academy, where she studied under international masters such as Alexej Gorlatch from the University of Mannheim, Germany. In 2015, she won first prize at the NTD Asia-Pacific International Music Competition.

Hailey has actively engaged in various music events and has performed in numerous venues. She has a rich teaching background, helping many students pass the ABRSM exams and the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) exams. Hailey's teaching approach emphasizes interaction with each student to find their unique learning style and to help them learn to read pitch and rhythm accurately. She tailors her teaching methods to each student, ensuring a solid foundation in technique, theory, and artistic expression.

Hailey has extensive teaching experience, aiding numerous students in successfully passing the ABRSM exams and the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) exams. Her teaching style focuses on engaging with each student, identifying their individual learning methods, and assisting them in understanding pitch and rhythm reading. She develops personalized strategies for each student to build a strong foundation in technique, theory, and artistic expression.
